The reason why diets fail is because the eating patterns are caused by much deeper emotional issues, until you re-program you’re mind you will always struggle with your weight. This is why diets alone do not work in the long term.  Much of the work we do is dealing with the repetitive ingrained unconscious patterns we have. We run our lives with habits for a good reason, imagine if we had to consciously think about how to chew our food or scratch an itch. If we had to do that with everything we did our brains wouldn’t have any space left to focus on new information, so we simply develop unconscious habits.

Deanne Jade, Principal of the National Centre for Eating Disorders wrote “Most diets involve a significant change in a person’s normal eating habits over an extended period of time. But habits die hard; we cling to them because they fit in with our lifestyle and the people around us.”

The group will meet once a week for 6 weeks for two hours at a time.  You’ll receive a new workbook each week, so you can easily follow and see what you’ve been learning.

During the 6 week course we offer 2 complimentary coaching calls lasting approx half an hour each, this will be a new and exciting experience for you, if you have never been coached in the past.
