			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We all have a message or story to give, imagine looking at your very own book or eBook, what would that feel like? How proud would you be?</p>
<p>If writing is something you want to do commit to writing every week or even better every day. How much you write is not as important as to just getting something written.  Think of like going to the gym, to make progress you want to go there consistently to improve and get results.</p>
<p>I’m really writing this out loud for myself included as I have also started a book so the information I discover of this journey I will post in case it’s relevant for any of your guys.</p>
<p>Firstly what is your purpose for what you want to write?</p>
<p>I have two purposes, one is what do I want my reader to get out of this book.</p>
<p>The other is what do I want to achieve by writing this.</p>
<p>The second point is, who are you writing for? Imagine who your readers may be, and write for them.</p>
<p>The third point today is to just get started, many negative voices come up around this point as they have done for me too, like who’s going to read this anyway, this is just a big waste of time, you’re not a writer, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1</strong>. Give yourself permission to write. You are perfectly entitled to write whatever you choose.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2</strong>. Quieten your mind. Maybe that’s meditation or going for a walk, lighting a candle etc Just to leave those negative voices at the door, this is your time, enjoy!</p>
<p><strong>Step 3</strong>. Schedule yourself the time and just begin. Have no attachment; I’m sure you’ve heard to simply write for the bin.  By having no attachment to your words, you can just let the message free flow from you. Words can always be tweaked later.</p>
<p><strong>Step 4.</strong> Let in flow. If you get stuck, physically move! Do something different, trying to force it to happen will only make you frustrated.</p>

<p>I have just finished this eBook called Inner Strength of a Woman written by my good friend Louise Harris.  An overview of the book would be to say Louise had a vision of how she wanted to deliver her baby, it was to be a home birth via a birthing pool, one of the most natural ways for a Mother in our culture to have her Child.  Except things weren&#8217;t destined to turn out that way, Louise went on to endure a 3 day labour and despite the Doctors who didn&#8217;t think she&#8217;d be able to do it on her own, she went on to find the strength within herself to manage to still push even though she was the most exhausted she had ever been in her life to give birth to her child.</p>
<p>From her amazing story she details a clear 7 step program which is exactly what she used to still create what she desired.  We all have visions and goals Louise has given us what we can all use to move us forward even in the most difficult times.</p>

<p>My belief is that happiness is not something that can be bought or sought; it comes from within.</p>
<p>So let’s take a look at the words in that clip&#8230;..</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">Today is the beginning of my new life</span></strong>: There is only today, in fact there is only this present moment the past has gone and the future is imagined. Whatever has happened in the past does not predict your future. You can make it whatever you want it to be.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am starting over today</span></strong>: Today you can make a decision to change your life, yes there is often a time lag for you to see the results of your decision, just remember it is not where you are but in what direction you are heading. What you are going to decide?</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">All good things are coming to me today</span></strong>: Having that belief  will radiate an energy which will attract people and circumstances to you.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am grateful to be alive</span></strong>: It’s all too often that people only say that when they come close to death, why wait? Feel now what it is like to be truly grateful for the fact you are alive.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I live with passion and purpose</span></strong>: What are you passionate about? Imagine living your life from that place. Do something everyday towards your goals in life.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I take the time to laugh and play every day</span></strong>: Don’t we make life too serious at times? There is a study that took a number of people claiming to be depressed and had them stand in front of a mirror and smile and keep smiling, in the end not no-one was depressed anymore.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am awake, energized and alive</span></strong>: Don&#8217;t panic I&#8217;m not suggesting you jump off a cliff, what makes you feel alive? Maybe it’s to simply go out for a brisk walk first thing in the morning. Spend a few minutes a day noticing different sensations in your body. Close your eyes and feel a vibrating mass of energy in your hands then moving throughout your body.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I focus on all the good things in life</span></strong>: We choose our focus, if you read the papers and watch the news and fill your mind with everything that’s awful in the world than that’s all you’ll see, you have the choice, you can spend time reading inspiring stories, being with uplifting people, learn about what interests you etc</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">And give thanks for them</span></strong>:  next time your fed up take a mental check in and see if you are looking at what you haven’t got that you want in your life or what’s going wrong, change your focus there is always things to be grateful for no matter what your life is like right now.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am at peace and at one with everything</span></strong>: Have you ever been by the sea or in a forest, park etc and just felt a calmness. Create that more in your life, note the times you feel at peace and one with everything, spend time in nature or doing creative visualizations.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I feel the love, the joy, the abundance</span></strong>: You choose your mental state, so you can feel love, joy and abundance if you think about those things, close your eyes place your hand on your heart and breathe in those feelings</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am free to be myself</span></strong>: Are you being yourself now, or are you cowering back, is there a colour you would love to wear, or a creative way to express yourself? You are free so live it!</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am magnificence in human form</span></strong>: I know you may look at your body and not feel it&#8217;s magnificent, yet you don’t have to consciously think how to breathe or regulate your body temperature. So much is going on in your body to make it function that your oblivious of, what’s even more you are unique, there is no-one quite like you. Celebrate who you are</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am the perfection of life</span></strong>: I’m refraining from getting too deep and spiritual so I’ll simply say there is perfection in life, it is in complete balance a self regulating system as are you, everything happens in order to keep that balance you are part of that system you are the perfection of life</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">I am grateful to be me</span></strong>: Stop comparing yourself to others, you are special and have a purpose in this world, give gratitude for the essence of who you are.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">Today is the best day of my life</span></strong>: Take one day at a time and live it with that as your mantra, <strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Today is the best day of my life!</span></strong></p>

<p>So what is fulfilment and what is it to live your life this way?</p>
<p>I’m discovering that more and more recently, you see the act of choosing to live a life of fulfilment, isn’t necessarily the easiest route, in fact quite often you will find it most challenging, as it means stepping out your comfort zone.</p>
<p>Any change is unsettling, as we like things to be as we know them, so we can be sure of what’s going to happen. To jump off in the deep end is a tough call and as challenging as it is at the time we have the choice to do it for our higher vision of what we want in our life.</p>
<p>The life of fulfilment is to live according to your values, to be honouring yourself and what you deem most important to you. This is a radical act in life we are told from a young age, to be sensible, not take unnecessary risks, live like other people. This is all very well and we can live comfortably this way.</p>
<p>But is this the way you would want to spend the rest of your life?</p>
<p>What do want to be in your life?</p>
<p>What do you want to do in your life?</p>
<p>What do you want to have in your life?</p>
<p>These are the questions that go through my mind, as I know it isn’t an easy route to take and you can become disillusioned along the way.  In these times hold your focus, believe it will happen and have faith in yourself and your chosen path.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The group will meet once a week for 6 weeks for two hours at a time.  You&#8217;ll  receice a new workbook each week, so you can easily follow and see what you&#8217;ve been learning.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">During the 6 week course we offer 2 complimentary coaching calls lasting approx half an hour each, this will be a new and excititing experiance for you, if you have never been coached in the past.</p>
